When yoga becomes an intuitive lifestyle that transcends the mere practice of asanas. When we get to redefine what yoga means to each one of us by trusting the intelligence of our bodies. When we embrace the wilderness of the island and become one with the earth. When everything falls into place effortlessly and we surrender to the untamed energy of our inner world and the Aegean sea. 

This is where  transformational practice and heartfelt conversations unfold. This is where we come together, rewire our connections and realign with ourselves and the world. 

What will we practice together?

  • Fluidus Yoga

    We will practice a profound connection to the body’s inner wisdom, rekindling with its boundless intelligence. We will flow whilst acknowledging the undeniable connection of our inner world and all that surrounds us. The movement is led by the breath. it is fluid and safe. As we flow mindfully, we respect our bodies and develop sustainable strength. It is a method that celebrates who we are and opens the door to a wide realm of self discovery. The practice will be adapted to all levels.

  • Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga

    We will practice breathing and a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, whilst preserving the foundational integrity of our bodies. We will flow together and move between holding asanas a little longer and connecting them with our breath, through a fluid and energizing choreography. This will be always followed by calm and restorative yoga and a nourishing savana to the sound of the waves and the humming lullaby of the nearby sea. The practice will be adapted to all levels.

  • Meditation

    Kea’s wild nature is an invitation to mindfulness and silence. Whether during our sunrise and sunset practice, or whilst hiking together or alone, the invitation is to anchor yourself in the moment, and in the island’s wild nature. Leave the craziness of our world behind, slow down a little, breathe deeply, feel your connection to your inner world and to the living, breathing nature around you. Just surrender to the feeling of being breathed and being moved.

  • Hiking through myths & nature

    With at hiking network of 81 kms, Kea is a hiker’s paradise. Its hiking paths follow the island’s ancient footsteps, through mythology and history, whilst witnessing Mother Nature unfold through the different seasons. From its tiniest expressions of life to its most spectacular manifestations, surrender to the wilderness of the moments, in all sensuous shades of colors and scents.

  • Food culture & feel good

    All meals are prepared with love at Mikea, with fresh ingredients from the island. Delicious and nourishing food, yummy veggies and fruits, home made jams and cakes, to celebrate friendship and togetherness, and yet remain connected to what makes our bodies feel good. Vegan and vegetarian cuisine and also cooking and baking classes!

  • Beach living

    A morning swim after yoga class? Just before breakfast? Or a lazy afternoon at the beach? Kea’s pristine beaches will be our playgrounds to get together, practice sunrise or sunset yoga, have fun, or simply relax. Just imagine. Waking up to the humming Aegean, then walking 3 mns to the secret beach down the road and immersing yourself in the freshness of the turquoise water.
